2010 CNS CME Tracking & Evaluations

CME credits can be claimed through the online CME tracking system at www.cns.org. The system creates and prints a CME certificate immediately following the CNS Annual Meeting either while you are still in San Francisco or from the convenience of your home or office. CME certificates will not be mailed.

You now have three options for logging in:

    1. Method 1
Username: Your CNS Annual Meeting badge number
      Password: Your last name
    2. Method 2
Username: The e-mail address with which you registered
      Password: Your last name
After logging in, simply follow the links to claim credits. CME Certificates can be printed directly from the online CME system once you have entered the hours you are claiming. Physicians should only claim credit for the educational activities at the Annual Meeting in which they participated. You will also be able to complete the evaluations at the same time although it is not mandatory to receive CME credit.

The deadline to claim CME Credit is November 30, 2010!
