Method 1
Username: Your CNS Annual Meeting badge number
Password: Your last name

Method 2
Username: The e-mail address with which you registered
Password: Your last name

CME Certificates can be printed directly from the online CME system once you have entered the hours you are claiming. Physicians should only claim credit for the educational activities at the Annual Meeting in which they participated.
