Housing for the 2012 CNS Annual Meeting is very limited and is changing daily.
We encourage you to complete your registration and if your preferred hotel is unavailable, you have the option to add yourself to the wait list online.
You will be contacted no later than September 17 with an update on your reservation.

****Non-Member/Non-Physician category is limited to scientists, engineers, etc. involved in neurosurgical research and/or product development not affiliated with a non-exhibiting company.

Any changes to hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotels. |
| Registration Information |
| 2012 Congress of Neurological Surgeons Annual Meeting registrations will not be processed without a valid credit card or check.
Courses, seminars and event tickets will not be processed without payment. Registration payment is processed immediately. |
| Registration Cancellation Policy |
| Full registration refunds, less a $100 processing fee, will be granted if written requests for cancellation are received by
September 13, 2012. Course, seminar and event tickets will be refunded in full until September 13, 2012. No refunds of any kind will be given after this date regardless of cause.
Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Written requests may be e-mailed to cns@jspargo.com, faxed to 703-502-0257 or mailed to 2012 CNS Annual Meeting 11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, VA 22030. |
| Hotel Cancellation or Changes |
Prior to September 14, 2012 - Changes are subject to availability and cancellations may be made online at www.cns.org or via e-mail
at cns@jspargo.com.
September 18, 2012 to 72 Hours Prior to Your Scheduled Arrival Date - Please contact the assigned hotel directly with all
changes or cancellations. Hotel cancellations will receive a full refund of the one night's room and tax deposit from the assigned hotel directly. The hotel will retain the one night's room and tax
deposit for cancellations not made at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made.
Please retain the cancellation confirmation from the CNS Registration and Housing Center. The cancellation number provided to you by the hotel as proof of cancellation will be
required to resolve any disputes. |
