Figure 1: A 4-year-old girl presented with bilateral skull defects. Imaging was consistent with biparietal foraminae. She underwent a bilateral cranioplasty.

Figure 2: A 10-year-old boy presented with a painful scalp mass along the left parietal skull. Lesion was consistent with an eosinophilic granuloma.

Figure 3: A 17-year-old boy presented with an enlarging scalp mass. Biopsy was consistent with Ewing’s sarcoma of the scalp. He underwent chemotherapy followed by a large craniectomy and radical excision of the scalp lesion with wide margins followed by additional chemotherapy.

Figure 4: Cervical X-rays, CT, and MRI of a 6-year-old girl who presented with neck pain and was found to have “verebra plana” of the C3 vertebral body due to eosinophilic granuloma. Due to progressive kyphosis, she was placed in a Halo and treated with chemotherapy (vinblastine), steroids, and antimetabolite therapy. She is now pain free out of the Halo, and follow-up X-rays have shown normal alignment with bone remodeling.
